Recently, the 2024 Shenzhen International Sensor and Application Technology Exhibition (Sensor Shenzhen) was held in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. As a grand gathering of the sensor industry chain, the exhibition gathered more than 100 core figures of international sensor giants, more than 1,000 leaders of domestic sensor enterprises, more than 600 global sensor industry chain enterprises collectively appeared, 20+ key technology exhibition areas, 20+ professional technology application forums, attracting more than 20,000 professional visitors. Sai Microelectronics was invited to attend the event and give a keynote speech.

 

 

Mr. Shen Yong, general manager of Cylex Beijing, a subsidiary of Cymiconics, delivered a keynote speech on Advanced Foundry and Global Layout of MEMS at the meeting, giving a detailed description of the MEMS application outlook, manufacturing base and process technology, and also introduced the basic situation and global layout of Cymiconics. MEMS integrates information acquisition, processing and execution, integrates microelectronics technology and micromechanical engineering together, can greatly improve the automation and intelligence level of the system, and is widely used in daily production and life. At this exhibition, Cymiconics also showed the audience the accelerometer, microgalvanometer, BAW filter and other representative products independently developed and manufactured by Cylex Beijing.

[Accelerometer] The three-axis accelerometer has the excellent characteristics of ultra-low power consumption, high sensitivity, anti-stress performance and zero drift stronger and more stable. The product can provide mg level ultra-high resolution, and can reach 95% step counting accuracy in normal walking and running. It can be widely used in wearable devices, tablets, game controllers, remote controls and other scenarios.
MEMS microgalvanometers are the core components of laser beam manipulation, and are integrated through semiconductor manufacturing processes to significantly reduce the volume of liDAR. In recent years, with the accelerated development of intelligence, electrification and networking, the automotive sensor market has continued to expand, and advanced sensors based on semiconductor manufacturing processes are expanding their application.

[BAW filter] Filters help communication devices switch between different frequency bands and filter out unwanted signals. As an advanced filter, BAW filter is used in high-frequency communication scenarios such as 5G smart phones, base stations, and Internet of Things terminals, with low signal loss and device energy consumption, which can improve signal receiving sensitivity and increase device communication distance. Strong interference signal filtering ability, enhance user experience.
