Yunchun Yang

Chairman & CEO

Yunchun graduated with a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California. From July 1993 to February 1998, he worked as an engineer at a central enterprise; Studied and worked overseas from March 1998 to December 2007; He returned to China at the beginning of 2008 and started his own business. From May 2008 to September 2015, he successively served as the executive Director and general manager of SMEI; He has served as Chairman of the Board since September 2011. Hanyang Zhao

Hanyang graduated with a PhD Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has been dedicated to Silicon-based Polymer Materials in Nano/Microscale Heat Transfer related research. From August 2021 to August 2022, he worked as a senior semiconductor R&D engineer at Shanghai Hisilicon Technology Co., Ltd. From August 2022 to present, he has worked as an engineer at R&D Department of Beijing Haichuang Microchip Technology Co., Ltd.

Lifang Zhao

Lifang graduated with a master's Degree in Materials Physics and Chemistry from Hebei University of Technology, and is studying for a PhD degree in Microelectronics from Tianjin University. From March 2012 to May 2017, she worked as a process engineer of Tianjin Sanan Optoelectronics Co.,ltd. From June 2017 to July 2018, she worked as a process engineer of TianJin Zhonghuan Advanced Material&Technology Co.,Ltd. From August 2018 to May 2021, she worked as a process engineer at North (Tianjin) Microsystems Co., LTD. From June 2021 to Present, she has worked as a R&D engineer of Silex Beijing.

Yuan Lu

Vice General Manager

Yuan graduated with a PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Wayne State University. He has been engaged in the R&D of MEMS device manufacturing, advanced MEMS device integration, 3D wafer level packaging, ultra-fine spacing IC interconnect, ultra-high speed opto-electronic device and IC integration, etc. From September 1983 to August 1991, he worked as a lecturer at Southwest University. From September 1991 to January 2012, he studied and worked in the United States. From February 2012 to October 2017, he worked as a researcher at Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From November 2017 to present, he has been the chief scientist of Silex Beijing.

Jiayu Zhou

Bo graduated with a master's degree from Tsinghua University, China and National Civil Aviation University, France. He worked as the representative of securities affairs of SMEI from October 2010 to September 2023. Since September 2020, he has worked as the vice general manager of SMEI, and also worked as directors of SMEI's holding subsidiaries.

Ting Liu

Ting graduated with a PhD degree from Renmin University of China. From July 2010 to present, she has successively worked as a lecturer and associate professor at Accounting Department, the executive director at Accounting Professional Master Degree Center and the executive Director at International Exchange and Certification Center of Beijing Technology and Business University. She is also a member of the Drug Policy Committee of the Chinese Society of Health Economics and the Youth Committee of the Chinese Society of Health Economics. From May 2019 to September 2021, she worked as an independent director of Zhengxing Technology Co., Ltd. Since November 2022, she has worked as an independent director of Chengde Lulu Inc. Since April 2020, she has been an independent director of SMEI.
