GMC Semitech (Wuxi) Inc. was founded in 2014. GMC has four bases (Wuxi, Shanghai, Suzhou, Yancheng). GMC is a rare semiconductor equipment platform in China, mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of semiconductor special equipment, providing related materials and services. GMC has a rich product line, which contains all processes of semiconductor front-end, including independent brand equipment products such as CMP, wet cleaning and corrosion machine, wet electro/electroless equipment, heat exchanger, tail gas treatment equipment, Etc. GMC is a high-tech enterprise, possessing Jiangsu Province Enterprise Technology Center and Engineering Technology Research Center.

Qingdao Z-chip Technology Co. Ltd. was founded in 2002, a high-tech enterprise focusing on IC design service and EDA software development. Z-chip has completed about 4600 design projects and nearly 400 IC design engineers (including its subsidiaries). The EDA software for parasitic parameter extraction under the advanced FinFet process of IC developed by Z-chip has reached the international advanced level, as well as the physical design automation software for IC analog chips.

Archimedes Semiconductor (Hefei) Co. Ltd. was in 2021, aiming to be a world-class power semiconductor manufacturer in the new energy era, providing SiC/IGBT modules and discrete devices applied in NEV and photovoltaic energy. The technical team leader is an academician from Chinese Academy of Sciences, others from major domestic and foreign manufacturers. They master key technologies such as product design, module technology and production line construction. Archimedes has built 3 SiC/IGBT production lines and started volume production, with a built-up capacity of 600,000 vehicle grade modules, 800,000 optical storage and charging modules, 12 million discrete devices per year, and is building a production line of 500,000 SiC plastic sealing modules (including DCM, TPAK, DSC).

Qingdao Cohenius Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018 by SMEI, the local semiconductor industry fund and the professional technical team. Cohenius is engaged in the research, development, production and sales of silicon-based gallium nitride, providing high-performance and low-cost GaN power device products and technical solutions. Its wholly-owned subsidiary is mainly engaged in the research, development, design, fabrication and sales of GaN epitaxial materials. At the end of 2023, Cohenius completed a new round of financing of nearly CNY 200 million and became a non-holding subsidiary of SMEI.
